Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 Australia-wide.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We use Australia Post and other trusted carriers to deliver your orders safely.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@plygrnd.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage.
International Shipping Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
