At PLYGRND, we want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return Email us at hello@plygrnd.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@plygrnd.com.au to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
