Tasting Notes
Aroma: Herbaceous and earthy.

Flavour: Earthy and herbal, with hints of bitterness balanced by the refreshing mintiness of spearmint.

Finish: Refreshing, slightly sweet

Pairing: Best enjoyed plain or with a touch of honey

Ashwaganda, Gotu Kola, Nettle, Brahmi & Spreamint.

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 100 degrees.
