Highly bioavailable and fast absorbing, the lightweight water- based texture dries cleanly without residue, making it ideal for use after movement, travel, long days on your feet or periods of physical and mental strain. It supports relaxation while helping ease areas of muscular tension.

Applied before rest, it becomes part of a calming evening ritual, allowing the body to soften and unwind. Eight sprays deliver approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium. Pure and unscented. Also available in 200ml.

Shake well before use.
Use 5-20 sprays a day.
We recommend starting with a smaller amount until your skin adjusts.
After applying leave on the skin or wash off after 20-30 minutes.
Some may experience a tingling feeling, this is normal and will reduce with regular use.
If your skin is dry we recommend applying oil or moisturiser first to minimise tingling.
If you have sensitive skin start by spraying on the feet, your skin will absorb the magnesium transdermal, and you will experience the benefits.

Ritual Tip
Spray onto legs, shoulders or lower back after movement and massage gently into the skin. Before bed, apply to feet or calves and take a slow breath as part of your evening wind down.
