Not to be taken internally. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. If skin irritation occurs discontinue use.

Shake well before use.
Use 5-20 sprays a day.
We recommend starting with a smaller amount until your skin adjusts.
After applying leave on the skin or wash off after 20-30 minutes.
Some may experience a tingling feeling, this is normal and will reduce with regular use.
If your skin is dry we recommend applying oil or moisturiser first to minimise tingling.
If you have sensitive skin start by spraying on the feet, your skin will absorb the magnesium transdermal and you will experience the benefits.
Apply after movement or stretching and massage gently into the skin. Use as part of your recovery ritual to transition from activity into rest.
